Clarion

rulemakings & releases, graded against each agency's own standards

Clarion scrapes federal rules and releases and flags loose, unsupported, incorrect, and contradictory statements (within and across documents) — measured against the law that binds each agency (the SEC's economic-analysis duty, EO 12866 cost-benefit, APA notice-and-comment, agency evidentiary standards). Where a concern arises, it links the court decisions that struck rules on that ground. It surfaces candidates for human review; it does not adjudicate truth and is not legal advice.
